The suspect, identified as Victoria Strehlau, a Stony Point resident, was taken into custody following a vehicle and traffic stop on Aug. 18, according to officials.
An investigation at the scene revealed Strehlau was in possession of a quantity of cocaine, police report.
She has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, according to officials.
After processing, the defendant was released on an appearance ticket returnable on Tuesday, Sept. 20, police report.
